Laura Mak is a great trainer and motivator. I first started working out with her when I was in my early 50's and wanted to increase my body strength. Laura, with her training and educational background was able to zero in on my needs and gave me a balanced program. There are a few items we recommend you bring: Beach towel, water bottle, notebook and pen for notes for Q&A and seminar time, plenty of workout clothing (there will be an option to purchase Mak Attack Fitness Wear at a discounted Beach Camp rate as well), yoga mat (if you have one, if you do not, just a large towel can work well), and most importantly – a positive attitude filled with lots of energy!
