Saturday August 16 - ($149):
we are catering to the FITNESS and FIGURE COMPETITORS (current and future) who want to improve their competition skills. We will cover all aspects of competition such as: Posing, Presentation, Stage Poise, Fitness Drills, Figure/Fitness Sport Specific Training. We have also planned Q & A Time for topics: "How to stand out on Stage", "How to make a business of Fitness", "5 Components every competitor MUST KNOW", and dedicated time for individual questions. Please bring heels, swim suit or shorts, camera (if available), and notebook.

Sunday August 17 - ($149):
Come one come all! – This is the "General Conditioning" training day - which is good for athletes, competitors, and fitness enthusiasts. During these sessions we will uncover important aspects of weight training broken down by body parts, cardio programming and progressions, benefits of Plyometric Training, and essentials of Athletic Yoga. We will also have time for Planned Q & A relating to topics about "Nutrition for Athletes", "Savvy Training and Sexy Body", and "Fitness by Phone coaching". We will also have time for open questions and answers.

We are offering a $50 savings for registering for both days. You will get to attend all the seminars, conditioning classes, weight training, and competition training session! PLUS WE are hosting a SPECIAL "Meet and Greet" on Friday night, with some other surprises!
